Had a great time visiting Ottawa comic con. The first in town held by the boys from Montreal. Great turn out and a varied and good crowd. Lts of awesome talent and stars, and possibly the best limonade ever! Scored some great art and met some talented artists very inspiring all around. Shout out to Chris J Butler millionaire for letting me crash at his swing pad. Also props to
Got up over lake erie at 3500 ft and hit a headwind that flew me backwards to the airpport, even at full throttle I could just stand still. strangely at 2500 ft little if no wind at all. Too bad I wasnt flying east I would of made ottawa in short time.:-D
So I figure on taking the plunge and getting my heavy equipment operator certification. A bit pricey but it would be steady work for these slow periods in animation. There is a pretty awesome course right here in the hammer. I just hope it doesnt go like the welding certifications were if your not working you have to requalify every 3 months or whatever at X#dollars per certificate. Have to do some more research first I reckon gonna look into heavy equipment mechanic certification too. EXcavator! Tonka toy fun!
An awesome day up in the sky, did a couple of hour run down along lake erie, a little bumpy here and there but a superb day of flying. Now thats living!
If you think you can or you think you can't, your right. Take that Yoda!
Well I have competed another annual of the Tomahawk. Lots of little bits to replace and fix. Gonna need to erplace the safety walks soon as well as do some apholstery patching. How can something so expensive be so enjoyable?
